What this website is

This website describes plumbing services offered by Midvale Express Plumbing, located at 75 East Fort Union Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047. It is an information site. There are no forms, online bookings or online payments. Appointments are made by calling (385) 488-1892.

Our line is answered 24/7. We book same-day appointments when available, but availability changes through the day and depends on the calls we are handling.

Informational content only

The articles, guides and service pages are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your plumbing, a design, a legal opinion or professional advice for your specific situation. Pipes, codes and conditions differ from house to house.

For permits, code questions and inspections, contact Midvale Building and Safety. For water, sewer or gas emergencies on public systems, contact Midvale Public Works or Enbridge Gas. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or Enbridge Gas first. Do not rely on this site in an emergency instead of calling the proper authority.

Pricing and service agreements

We do not publish dollar prices on the site because every job depends on what we find. Pricing is given on the phone before work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead. Any quote or price we give applies to the job we described on that call.

If the scope changes after work begins, we explain the change and the new price before continuing. The terms of a specific job are those we agree with you on the call or at your home, and they take priority over anything general on this site.

No promises about results

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that every page is up to date. Descriptions of services, timelines or outcomes are examples, not promises of how any job will go.

Nothing on this site promises a particular result, arrival time or appointment slot. Those are discussed on the call and depend on the day.
